- Custom Products:
- Custom-designed products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are tailored specifically to customer requirements.
- Exceptions apply if there is a manufacturing defect or error made by SporteFit. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or free correction.
- Standard Products:
- Returns or exchanges for standard products (non-customized items) are allowed within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Shipping charges for returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- Defective Items:
- For defective or damaged items, SporteFit will provide a full replacement or refund. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence.
- Refunds:
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Sample Policy
- Free Samples for Bulk Orders:
- SporteFit offers one free sample to potential clients or businesses interested in placing bulk orders.
- Customers must cover the shipping costs for the sample.
- Additional samples can be purchased at standard rates.
- Custom Samples:
- For custom-designed samples, customers may be charged depending on the complexity of the design.
- The cost will be adjusted against the final bulk order.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Custom Orders:
- Custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- After production begins, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Standard Orders:
- Standard orders can be canceled before shipment. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation.
Bulk Order Policy
- Special Pricing:
- Bulk orders qualify for discounted pricing based on quantity. Customers can use the Request a Quote button for pricing inquiries.
- Minimum Quantities:
- Minimum order quantities for bulk purchases vary depending on the product type. Details will be provided upon inquiry.
- Lead Time:
- Bulk orders require a longer production timeline, typically 2-3 weeks, depending on the size and customization required.
Custom Design Policy
- Design Your Own:
- Customers can create their own designs using SporteFit’s Custom Design Tool.
- Designs must be finalized before production begins. Changes cannot be made once production has started.
- Approval Process:
- Customers will receive a digital preview of their custom design for approval before production begins.
- Responsibility:
- SporteFit is not responsible for errors in designs approved by the customer.

- Data Protection:
- Customer information, including personal details and payment information, is stored securely and used solely for order processing and communication.
- SporteFit does not share customer data with third parties.
- Email Communication:

Payment Policy
