Return & Exchange Policy
  1. Custom Products:
    • Custom-designed products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are tailored specifically to customer requirements.
    • Exceptions apply if there is a manufacturing defect or error made by SporteFit. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or free correction.
  2. Standard Products:
    • Returns or exchanges for standard products (non-customized items) are allowed within 14 days of delivery.
    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
    • Shipping charges for returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
  3. Defective Items:
    • For defective or damaged items, SporteFit will provide a full replacement or refund. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence.
  4. Refunds:
    • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Shipping Policy
  1. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan):
    • Standard delivery within Pakistan is free for orders above 5,000 PKR.
    • Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
  2. International Shipping:
    • International orders are delivered within 7-15 business days depending on the destination.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country.
  3. Tracking:
    • Customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once their order is shipped.
  4. Delivery Delays:
    • While we strive to deliver on time, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs, weather) are beyond our control. We will keep customers informed in such cases.
Sample Policy
  1. Free Samples for Bulk Orders:
    • SporteFit offers one free sample to potential clients or businesses interested in placing bulk orders.
    • Customers must cover the shipping costs for the sample.
    • Additional samples can be purchased at standard rates.
  2. Custom Samples:
    • For custom-designed samples, customers may be charged depending on the complexity of the design.
    • The cost will be adjusted against the final bulk order.
Order Cancellation Policy
  1. Custom Orders:
    • Custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
    • After production begins, cancellations will not be accepted.
  2. Standard Orders:
    • Standard orders can be canceled before shipment. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation.
Bulk Order Policy
  1. Special Pricing:
    • Bulk orders qualify for discounted pricing based on quantity. Customers can use the Request a Quote button for pricing inquiries.
  2. Minimum Quantities:
    • Minimum order quantities for bulk purchases vary depending on the product type. Details will be provided upon inquiry.
  3. Lead Time:
    • Bulk orders require a longer production timeline, typically 2-3 weeks, depending on the size and customization required.
Custom Design Policy
  1. Design Your Own:
    • Customers can create their own designs using SporteFit’s Custom Design Tool.
    • Designs must be finalized before production begins. Changes cannot be made once production has started.
  2. Approval Process:
    • Customers will receive a digital preview of their custom design for approval before production begins.
  3. Responsibility:
    • SporteFit is not responsible for errors in designs approved by the customer.
Privacy Policy
  1. Data Protection:
    • Customer information, including personal details and payment information, is stored securely and used solely for order processing and communication.
    • SporteFit does not share customer data with third parties.
  2. Email Communication:
    • By signing up for our newsletter or account, customers agree to receive promotional emails. They may unsubscribe at any time.
  3. Payment Security:
    • Payments are processed through secure gateways, ensuring encryption of sensitive information.
Payment Policy
  1. Payment Methods:
    • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal (for international customers).

    • Domestic transactions are processed in PKR, while international transactions are processed in USD or the local currency of the customer’s region.
  3. Upfront Payments:
    • For custom orders or bulk purchases, 50% upfront payment is required, with the remaining balance due before delivery.

 Exchange and Return Process
  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Ship the product back to our warehouse within the specified time.
  4. Once inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
